Good service was provided too. It had extremely comfy bed, views of Raffles Hotel garden. We enjoyed how exceptionally nice the staff was.

We loved that it had marvellous and best possible location in the heart of Jakarta. The pool was nice, the staff was helpful.

I spent here 2 nights and felt like home. I had room with single bed. Thank you, I had excellent stay and would want to stay there again.

The bedrooms are fantastic with their own en suite bathrooms and free toiletries. It's like having a mini spa in the room! I absolutely loved the fully equipped kitchen in each apartment. It was so convenient to have a fridge, stove, microwave, and even a dishwasher! The seating area with a flat-screen TV and DVD player was a great addition. It was nice to relax and watch a movie after a long day of exploring Jakarta. The free Wi-Fi in all rooms was a lifesaver. I was able to stay connected and share my travel adventures with my friends and family.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the shower/tub combinations in the bathrooms. But I understand that some guests might still enjoy it.

We would definitely come back, because loved it very much. The location is marvellous just off Kuningan, mall, and Lotte Shopping Avenue, and the rooms are warm. Jj Royal Brasserie, serving treats and drinks is 800 feet away. Good service, thank you.

My stay in the executive apartment was mind-blowing! The spaciousness of the room was jaw-dropping, and the luxurious home appliances provided a super comfortable and convenient experience. The city view from the 28th floor was absolutely stunning. The location was excellent with direct access to a shopping avenue, and the friendly staff provided exceptional service. I definitely plan on coming back for another jaw-dropping stay!

The apartments at this serviced residence are spacious and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. Communication with other departments, such as laundry and housekeeping, could be improved.

I chose this hotel for attending a session because it provides easy access to an upscale shopping center, Lotte Shopping Avenue, which also houses an art gallery and theater. The spacious rooms were comfortable and the amenities such as complimentary wired Internet access and a business center were very useful during my stay.

That there was no dedicated workspace in the room, which I missed for my work.

I had a very comfortable stay at Ascott Kuningan. The room was spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. The location was also fantastic, right above a shopping mall. I loved having a well-equipped kitchen, complete with a washing machine, dishwasher, and drinking water dispenser. I would highly recommend this hotel for a convenient and comfortable stay.

The kids had a blast playing at the playground and swimming in the pool. The badminton court provided a fun activity for the whole family. The 40-inch LED televisions in the room entertained us with a wide range of cable programming.

For dads, it would be great if there were more family-friendly activities or amenities available.

The breakfast options were limited and the food sometimes ran out. It would be better to book a room without breakfast and explore nearby cafes and restaurants instead.
